Sell your business to a meme.
A holding company has a war chest and wants to buy small digital businesses that already make money. If yours does, nominate it. The holders of the coin vote, and if they say yes the chest pays through escrow.
What qualifies
- Website
A site that already earns: ads, affiliate links, subscriptions or product sales, with some history of traffic.
Proof of ownershipA DNS TXT record on the domain, a file at /.well-known/, or a meta tag on the home page.
- Browser extension
A browser extension in the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons with real users and a paid tier or other income.
Proof of ownershipA line in the store listing's description. Only the developer account can edit it, which is the proof.
- Telegram tool
A Telegram bot or channel with monthly users or paying seats, and the income to show for it.
Proof of ownershipA line in the bot's description, set through BotFather. Only the bot's owner can change it.
- Digital store
A digital store: templates, presets, downloads or courses, with sales records and low refunds.
Proof of ownershipA file served from the store's domain, or a line in the store's own listing.
How verification works
- You nominate it. The address, what you ask, and the numbers you claim. It appears on the deals page as scouted.
- The desk gives you a token. It looks like
acquire-verify=7f3a9c1e. It is not a password: it only proves you can edit the place you put it. - You place it where only the owner can, then press Run check on the deal. DNS, a store listing, a bot description or a file, as above.
- Revenue is checked against the payouts of your payment processor, not against your word.
- Holders vote. The AI's dossier is public. If the vote passes, the chest pays through escrow and the business is handed over.
Nobody needs your passwords or keys to nominate or verify. Never send them to anyone who asks.
